Will I call this obsession or "I guess I haven't figured out a name for it yet". An ardent fan of the wrecking ball singer, Miley Cyrus placed 22 Tattoos of her all over his body. The 40 year old by the name Carl McCoid , after collecting photographs and watching interviews of her since 2009, had 22 portraits, lyrics and quotes from the singer inked on his arms, torso, hands and legs. I guess this is abit extreme or what do you think?
