MTN Foundation, Coca-Cola and other corporate organizations in partnership with Hope Worldwide Nigeria (HWWN), a non-profit organization have successfully hosted the annual “Great Hope Walk.” With the theme “Support a Child, build a great nation” the organizations used the 11th edition of the annual 10km walk which attracted over 10,000 participants to restate its commitment to the OVC cause.
The walk was flagged off by the wife of the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mrs. Abimbola Fashola, who stressed that Lagos state is proud to partner with HWWN on this outstanding initiative which seek a better life for OVC’s. In her words, “the focus of this procession is to further increase the awareness and galvanize action towards cases of abused and trafficked children on the street”
